Hervé LEGAY was invited to give a key-note presentation at ‘Journées de Caractérisation Microondes et Matériaux’, on the 20th of March, in Sorbonne University, Paris. The topic of the presentation was : “Which materials for future space missions”. The advent of novel materials are essential for the emergence of disruptive antenna concepts for space missions. Approximately an hundred of engineers and scientists, mostly specialized in material engineering, attended the presentation. Technical exchanges followed in the area of reconfigurable materials, absorbers, thermal engineering.
